Project Overview

Chalcroft Business Park required a complete overhaul of its electrical and mechanical systems to meet modern standards and achieve a high level of energy efficiency. Install Projects was chosen by the main contractor, Markey, to undertake the full refurbishment, stripping back existing infrastructure and delivering a comprehensive upgrade.

Scope of Work

Install Projects provided a comprehensive electrical upgrade that included:

Full Electrical Replacement – From initial strip-out to final installation, Install Projects replaced all wiring and electrical components, ensuring safety and compliance with current standards.
Architectural Lighting Installation – Designed to complement the church's architecture, the new lighting added warmth and ambiance, enhancing both worship services and community events.
Lighting Controls – Advanced control systems were installed to allow flexible lighting configurations, catering to various events and service needs while optimising energy efficiency.
