The Project

What began as two separate university apartments has been reimagined into a striking four-bedroom detached home—complete with side and rear extensions and a bespoke outbuilding. The transformation created a highly functional family space enhanced by the latest in smart home technology.

Install Projects was appointed to deliver the complete mechanical and electrical installation across the entire site, including the outbuilding which now houses a garage/storage area, gym, steam room and kitchenette.
