Project Overview

Install Projects completed the full electrical and plumbing fit-out for the new Starbucks store on Wide Lane, Southampton. This modern drive-thru site is strategically located to serve busy commuters and airport traffic and supports Starbucks’ continued investment in sustainable, energy-conscious store design.

Scope of Work

Our team managed and delivered a comprehensive installation across both customer and operational areas. Key elements included:

Electrical installation:

Internal and external lighting
Power and data for all front- and back-of-house equipment
Installation of solar panel connections
Integration of EV charging infrastructure

Plumbing installation:

Efficient water supply and waste systems
Customer and staff toilet fit-out
Plumbing for kitchen, coffee prep and cleaning zones
Integration of sustainable components where required
