Project Overview
Situated in the heart of Marylebone, London, 74 Wimpole Street is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse with a history dating back to the 18th century. Install Projects were commissioned to transform the property into E11even Dentistry – a state-of-the-art private dental practice.
The refurbishment combined advanced clinical functionality with the elegance of a restored heritage building, creating a modern medical environment that complements its historic setting.
Scope of Work
Our team undertook the full plumbing and electrical fit-out as part of the comprehensive refurbishment. The challenge was to deliver a facility that met the rigorous demands of a contemporary dental practice, while remaining fully compliant with listed building regulations.

Full rewiring to accommodate advanced dental equipment, IT infrastructure and bespoke lighting systems. -

All work completed in line with CQC standards, BS7671 electrical regulations and HTM 01-05 healthcare guidelines. -

Challenges & Approach
Close collaboration with conservation officers and architects ensured all interventions were sympathetic to the building’s Georgian character.
Bespoke design and strategic service routing maximised clinical space, enhancing both workflow efficiency and patient comfort.
Mechanical systems were isolated to prevent disruption to neighbouring properties and maintain a serene clinical atmosphere.
