Project Overview
Install Projects was selected to deliver the complete mechanical and electrical (M&E) fit-out for the refurbishment of four public toilet blocks across the Chichester district.
The goal: to upgrade essential facilities while improving long-term sustainability and energy performance.

We provided a full M&E solution across all sites, tailored to meet modern public infrastructure standards.

Challenges & Approach
With four separate sites, careful project coordination was essential. Each location presented its own logistical challenges, including restricted space and the need to minimise disruption to the public.
We adopted a phased delivery plan and worked in close collaboration with council representatives throughout.
For the solar installation, our team developed bespoke mounting solutions and carried out a full integration with existing systems, ensuring long-term energy efficiency.
Results
The Little Scarlett Door launched successfully and has already gained glowing reviews for its immersive, house-party-inspired setting.
Our work played a key role in achieving the venue’s mix of character, functionality and compliance – all while reflecting the signature Little Door & Co charm.
